I have been working at outSystems for a long time on the free version
I try to enter Service studio as always but when I press login
The system is not responding
What's strange is that I opened two accounts, both at the same time and both are free, on one I've been working until now and it's the one that's stuck, I tried to log into the other account and it is available
it might be helpful to contact OutSystems support for assistance. They can help diagnose the problem and provide a solution.

Outsystems provides only one Personal Environment per person, you can check your active Environments under this Link, if you're not able to access another Environments means that one is closed.
I hope you're already aware that if we didn't accessed Personal Environment more than 15 days, we will get an Environment closing Notification from Outsytems.
And related to system crashing, is it occurring while accessing both Environments?, if yes then it might be issue is with Service studio, if it is occrruing for one Environment then please check that Environment is active and working fine.

Some time ago I was also facing this problem Service studio login was not working.Service studio data was full, it is logged . Check the condition of personal involvement then In the out system support team, you will have to raise the ticket, related to your problem.And Please Share Your Screenshot
