You're receiving daily digest emails and I'm not getting any digest emails (well, besides the justified complains and unsubscribe requests the issue triggered). :)
We've got eyes on the issue and we hope to fix it before tomorrow's email blast.

Note that it also seems like there is an issue with uploading images.
The 'upload popup' showed me the following URL after upload:

The way this is going I better stock on mousepads...

Hmm I don't have that one yet but I can tell you the company I work for specializes in storage so don't consider that an issue. ;)

The strange part is that the emails don't arrive in order... As if two different systems were sending them. One sends on time, and one with a two days delay.


PS: I also want that mousepad!

Perhaps a test mailserver someone suddenly plugged in or moved to production.

Status update!

The weekly Digest timer was being fired every 30 minutes and turning off the timer only prevented new emails from being queued. The ones already queued were sent anyway... hence the 2 mousepads for Eric.
We're keeping the digest delivery suspended until we figure out what happened.

I'll keep you posted!

In the meanwhile, feel free to ask something to Patrícia, our myNextStep bot. The algorithm still needs improvements but she's able to handle some of the event details. Try it out. :)
