I need assistance accessing my OutSystems account. I've been trying to log in using my Gmail email and correct password, but I'm unable to access Service Center or Service Studio. There are no error messages indicating invalid username or password, as I've successfully logged into OutSystems Cloud.
I've already submitted a case regarding this issue but have not received a response yet. Could you please help me resolve this matter?

There are sometimes synchronization issues causing this problem. Please try changing your password on the OutSystems website and see if you can log in to Service Center after a while. The problem might be temporary.
Just to share a thumbs up as this was a solution for me.Changing e-mail lead to unaccessible personal environment, neither for new or old emails.But changing password solved it.
Hi Can you try restarting the Service studio again, please check your account is active from the outsystem site and also please try opening with the log in with the environment URL.URL will be the personal environment URL that you can check from the outsystem site and then put the username and password.Hope this helps
