[Factory Configuration] Can Factory configuration be used in a personal environment?

When I install the Factory Configration APP in my personal environment, I got the following error when logging in? 

Can I use Factory Configration in my personal environment?

Hi Tom,

Go to the Service Center on the environment that you apply the configuration, and click on the yellow button that meanwhile should appears on right sidebar! In alternative you can publish a full solution.

Hi @Gonçalo Ferraria 

Thank you. I actually unchecked "Disable built-in authentication fallback when using SAML". However, it does not seem to work. So I wonder if this setting is being applied.

I have go to the solution and clicked on the "Apply settings" button, but the warning(Some module has pending configuraion...) still remains. Because this is System Compenent I afraid I can't republish full solution.
