My original Outsystems account unable to recover

My original Outsystems accounts is not accessible. Earlier its having user id as shubham.metha@companyname.com but I thought lets connect personal email account instead of organization account so I changed email to shubham.metha.outsystems@gmail.com and its done successfully because I was able to access forums and all other stuff but after 15 days account is deleted now if i try to password recovery for both email ID its not working for both I m not getting any mail.


How should I able to access my original account because it consist certification and all ?

as per my knowledge, account is getting deactivated but once we login and try to fetch environment our applications are deleted but environment we can able to access.

Hi @Shubham Metha 

Before outsysyetms delete you environed they give you  warning message via email after 15 days 

outsysetms automatic delete  you environment and you can never recover your old account 

Note: outsysmtems create new environed via same email so go to your profile and there is a option to create new environment

Hello @Shubham Metha 

You might get some warnings emails from Outsystems for your personal environment if your are not using it for more then 15 days. 

Later they delete that environment and You need to fetch the new one.

I suggest you to please refer this link for connecting your personal environment problem.

If you don't find any suggestion there then I suggest you to search your problem in troubleshoot page. 

Even if you don't get anything from above points then try to create a support ticket to Outsystems. 

You might get some response from their end about your personal environment issue.

As I understand it, you originally had an OutSystems account linked to hubham.metha@companyname.com, which you later changed to shubham.metha.outsystems@gmail.com. This new email is not working, preventing you from accessing your exam certificates.

Please note that while environments may be deleted due to inactivity, this does not mean your account will be deleted.

Search 'Get Involved -> Members' to see if your old account is still listed. If it is, the email associated with that account might have been changed, which is why you can't access it now. If your account is not listed, it is possible that your account has been closed (Profile -> Settings -> Close Account).

Once you have clarified the status of your account, please reach out to OutSystems support.
