Hi, @Khushbu Kakdiya

To download an OML file in Service Studio, follow these steps:

  1. Open the project you want to export in Service Studio.
  2. Click on the “Module” menu in the top menu bar.
  3. Select the “Export” option.
  4. Choose the location on your computer where you want to save the OML file.

@Khushbu Kakdiya you can get the .oml file by two ways

1) Service Studio --> Open the module then Module Menu --> Export ---> Save As

2) Service Center --> Modules --> find your module by Search then download

Hope this will help!
