Hi Team,
Can anyone help me resolve an issue I'm having with sending emails using the Application? The email functionality was working fine until August 12, 2024. I'm unsure why it's not sending emails now and is throwing the following error. I use a Microsoft account to send emails and haven't reset my email password.
Error Message-
Error sending email 5305: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully. Contact your administrator. [BN6PR17CA0060.namprd17.prod.outlook.com 2024-08-16T09:20:00.996Z 08DCBA4B1ED662EE]

Hi Ashish,
there is no limitation in send email from personal environment. you can send email from as well .
just need to check you properly configure the email setting in administrate tab from service center and also check below for your Microsoft account
1. Have you confirmed the user account is active?
2. Does not have MFA applied to it.
3. Not restricted by a CA policy.

2. Does not have MFA applied to it. Yes, it has multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled since it was set up, and it was previously working as expected.
3. Not restricted by a CA policy. No, Because it has been working for over a year.
This issue is not related to Outsystems. Please refer to this Microsoft forum for a resolution
Hi @ASHISH SOLANKI,
In below link they have mentioned that issue is solved because they added the Country to the trusted regions in Azure. Can you try doing that.
