We are using 3rd party integration for authentication and then redirect page to outsystems. while loading the page we are getting below error on mobile. Tried after clearing the cache, republish the modules but still facing this issue only on production.

If so, can you have a look at chrome's developer tools and see what is that exact script error is? When you said you republished the modules, it means the dependencies are already refreshed as well, correct? It does say that the error is due to your Theme module. Possibly due to outdated dependencies or some references error.
Have also tried looking at the other tabs of Monitoring in Service Center? Please have a look at that as well. You may find some errors related to your extensions or libraries.
