How to extract data from an uploaded document image and get it in proper JSON format?

In my application, I want to extract data from uploaded images. 

What tools do I need to achieve this? For example, how can I retrieve details from documents like an Aadhar card or PAN card after uploading their images?

Hi Vikas, thanks for your response. This is working, but I also want to parse data from receipts and bills along with PAN and Aadhar.
