Hi Community,
I was trying to find an answer to a question related to Agile but in different documentation, I didn't get the answer, Could you help me to answer it according to What Outsystems follows?
"An iteration is an agreement". What is the main focus of that agreement? Only User Stories meeting the Definition of Done criteria can be delivered to business or The development team commit to delivering the agreed User Stories, while stakeholders commit to not changing them?
Hello Yousef,
In Agile at the beginning of each iteration we have a iteration/ sprint planning meeting, during this meeting team agree on which user stories will be implemented during this iteration and define sprint goal. so iteration is an agreement between Agile team members and development team commit to deliver user stories which selected during sprint planning meeting
Hi @Yousef Shraim,In OutSystems, when they refer to "an iteration is an agreement," the main focus of that agreement is that "the development team commits to delivering the agreed-upon User Stories, while stakeholders commit to not changing them during the iteration". This agreement ensures that the team can focus on completing the User Stories without interruptions from changes, promoting a stable and predictable development cycle.
