An internal server error occurred! (OS-BLD-COMP-50000) while publishing in ODC Studio

Get this error while publishing from ODC studio. Unable to continue, restarted ODC Studio didn't help,  using ODC studio Version 1.4.15 / Build 6671. 

Can anyone help in resolving this issue?
