There is still a lot of Traditional Web Applications out there that need to be maintained, extended and in due time migrated. If you have TWA knowledge on top of RWA knowledge you are more intresting for companies that develop with OutSystems, especially if they already use outsystems for longsr thsn RWA was introduced
If starting a new project I would suggest user reactive. Otherwise convert traditional to reactive. the reactive model is more like the mobile PWA (Progressive web app) model (except form locale storage). So learning mobile or reactive exams are most use full. ODC could be an option too.

In this case, having basic knowledge of Traditional and understanding how it differs from other frameworks has been really important to execute the migration effectively.
