Good afternoon community,

We are right now hosting our annual conference, the ONE Conference, where we celebrate innovation, creativity, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Today and tomorrow, we gather not just as developers but as a vibrant community, united by our passion for technology and our drive to shape the future.

Our VP of Developers, Miguel Baltazar, just hosted the Community Keynote, and we have some really interesting achievements from this year to share with you:

• We have surpassed 800.000+ community members!! What a huge family we have gathered of amazing OutSystems developers
• Over 800+ people have been trained in the Fast-Track Training Programs
• 140 people have been certified in our Developer Days across the globe, and we are hosting on-site certifications at the ONE Conference as we speak
• The OutSystems Mentorship program has already impacted over 500 lives and it has already facilitated more than 50.000 minutes of mentoring with our 100 mentors, which has gained us the ADPList award of the 100 Club
• Communicating to developers is a huge priority for us, so we have taken over the official OutSystems Twitter account and we are making available our Developer Newsletter on LinkedIn - help us get to over 31.000 subscribers!
• OutSystems’ commitment to doing good has allowed our Social Impact Program to grow so much this year. We have added 10 NGO’s to our Digital Volunteers Program, out of the 40+ that we are supporting globally. We also launched the Women+ User Group to empower female OutSystems developers to grow together. And, last but not least, we won a Corporate Philanthropy Award!

But now, the really juicy stuff. The announcements of all the truly amazing things we are launching:

• There is a new ODC Training Experience, where we will make available a shared ODC community tenant for you to learn and train and ensure you pass your certification
• We are working on creating more ODC Forge components, piloting this project with our MVPs and Champions, but we will open to the global community really soon - if you’re interested please register in this form
• All OutSystems mentors and mentees will have access to ADPList Pro Premium for one year, as a reward for the amazing results that have come out of the program this year. If you’re an expert developer or a curious junior, join the Mentorship Program here
• The Forums just got even more global because we continue with our priority to remove language barriers! Thanks to the AI translation capabilities, we are now able to support our 30 largest developer communities in their native languages as they post or comment in our forums.
• The Build for the Future Hackathon 2024 edition was a success, where we had over 72 teams of 330 amazing volunteer developers building 65 AI-powered apps. We are happy to share the winners of the hackathon:

  • 3rd Place Award - Advancialists 2.0 AND Phoenix DX Champions

• Applications for the Champions Program are now open, make sure to register if you consider yourself a community leader

• We’re doing a final Developer Day in Lisbon, on November 19. Not only will we have amazing technical sessions but we will also be running free certifications onsite. Join us for this amazing event!
