Share a file with setting NTFS permissions to be read by Outsystems Platform

Question

Hi everyone,
I have read the Outsystems Certified Discussion about share a file and setting NTFS permissions and tried all the steps described.
All I need is to read one file on a Windows Server 2008 R2 shared folder, from an Outsystems Platform Server.
The application pool process model identity is configured as ApplicationPoolIdentity.
Does anyone can help me?
