Not everytime, but often, when the app is opened a 'Request failed with an error' error message is displayed. This app itself is a mobile app, which works on web, iOS and Android. For as far as I'm aware, no API calls or whatever are made at this point. The error logs themselves I find very disappointing, as I cannot pinpoint the exact issue with these. I am looking for suggestions to pinpoint the cause of this error. A screen shot of the error as displayed in the logs is attached below. Please note, that I'm not allowed to share the OML.

Since the error logs aren’t detailed enough to identify the source, check the network reliability and connectivity following to pinpointing this error. The error seems to be related to access platform client side resources. Don't you have any other errors in the log for the same app around the time you get this error?
