I was going through some documentation on OutSystems website and faced this behavior - I am able to see the navigation links in the side bar but when I click on those links I see permission error message.
Just curious to know if others users also have the same experience and what type of users have access to this content like MVPs, OS Staff etc.?
On a side note, if I am not supposed to see the content then I would expect the navigation link be also hidden for me.

Just for confirmation, the same is in my case.
you are not the only one, most people don't have access.
A.f.a.i.k., the only ones with permission are those participating in the EAP of the migration tools / methods.
agree with you that it is a bit clumsy to show a link to something that is not available to you yet.
