And another thing that could be on this idea, is when you change the state there must be a way to validate this because if everyone starts to create ideas just because they want to win points this is not a good idea. So it must have a request on the ideas, a request to delete or put as "out of the scope".

To me the idea doesn't make sense. Currently, Ideas are marked as out of scope for 2 reasons:

1. OutSystems is not considering this an idea that they will implement. As far as I know you don't lose the idea points in this situation.
2. The Idea is actually already in the platform (either because it was implemented based on the same idea posted in the past, or it's a feature of the platform already).
   I strongly believe in this case a new status should be used introduced Already implemented. In this case the points should be removed from the community points. See this the same as when moderators like me merge an idea because it already exists, also in that case you lose the points. 

If an idea is posted as Out of Scope, and it also already exists as out of scope, then a moderator will merge it, and you lose the points too. I believe that makes sense else one can keep posting ideas that already exist or are already implemented just to boost once community points.

Having said all that, it doesn't make sense to me that a person can mark his own idea as out of scope. 

Currently, not even moderators can do that, only OutSystems staff. Now that is what I would like to have changed, so that I don't have to ask OutSystems to do it for me.

You don't have to say anything else, as I read from what you know there is not much control and the best idea would be to be able to put it as already implemented and lose points, this would be much more beneficial for all. Thank you, Daniel.

So the idea instead of putting it as "out of scope" should be you can change the status to already implemented and you still lose points, this is fairer.
