Hoping to have a hierarchical grid in ReactiveWeb with the capabilities of groupby, column reorder, column resize.

The capabilities that you're describing are possible in the Data Grid Reactive:

Grouping columns: documentation + sample
Group panel: documentation
Column reorder:
- it's possible to set the change order in Service Studio (by the developer) - documentation
- it's possible allow (or not) the user to do it in runtime - documentation
Column resize:
- it's possible to set the width in Service Studio - documentation
- it's possible allow (or not) the user to do it in runtime - documentation

Thank you for your idea!

As explained by Rúben, your ideas are already incorporated in Data Grid Reactive. The newest version has a group column functionality that allows you to group columns and create multiple column levels.
