For example, have referenced web services in blue, permission actions in red, entity actions in green, etc. It would facilitate the semantic reading of code. However it could look like a rainbow or something weirder. OR it could just be a small icon overlapped, which would identify the type of action.

I often face this issue that I copy any widget from same or other action and wanted to use that somewhere but when I paste it, it pasted somewhere else in the action like I'm in bottom of action but it will be pasted in top/middle. Why it cannot be pasted in the place where my mouse cursor is or where I right click? If its difficult so it can be implemented to paste where user click. I believe, if service studio can offer widget in exact place on drag and drop, a copy paste can also be implemented.

Tracing data updates requires some custom patterns. It should be simpler to trace end user operations to support security audits.

More and more data is shared between teams in JSON format in addition to Excel. It would be great if we can get a new option to import/bootstrap data into entities based on a JSON format.I would expect the same functionality as the "Import New Entities from Excel..." option but then a JSON file as source.

Recently came across with a code comments generator that basically looks at the code developed and generates a description of that code is doing. Would be great having such a feature in Service Studio: - right click on the Service, Client or Server actions and select generate description. This will automatically generate a description based on the code (including parameters). If the developer changed the code, SS would identify that and upgrade the description. - select part of the code in the canvas, right click and select generate comment. SS would introduce an auto generated comment based on the selected code Fo reference: https://writer.mintlify.com/

Hello, Now that we have Lifetime Microsoft Azure AD Authentication , the next step would be to integrate with Azure AD User and Groups , so that the Auto-Provisioning of IT Users would be possible, at least defining the Base Infrastructure Role . Thank you.

Currently during development with Service Studio, when we copy, cut and paste or delete complicated aggregate or large number of aggregate, variable, action and other, we have to wait sometimes and don't know either our machine are not working, not responding or still in progress. This might help if we can see some status like progress percentage, remaining number of file or estimated time to complete. This is some sample when we do copy/paste large web block.

Service Studio, at this moment, only supports debugging using Chrome browser (Chromium base). The ("new") Edge, which is based on Chromium, could be another supporting browser to use the [Service Studio] debugger.

It would be really helpful to have the ability to disable client-side sorting of filter values when those values are set using the SetColumnFilterOptions action. In our case, we have a text column that requires specific sorting logic. We already handle this sorting correctly in SQL, and we need the filter values in the Data Grid UI to respect that same order. However, the grid applies client-side sorting to the filter values, which overrides the SQL-defined order. We were able to work around this by disabling sorting on the valueFilter instance of the column using the following JavaScript: OutSystems.GridAPI.GridManager.GetGridById($parameters.GridId).features.filter._filter.getColumnFilter('Product').valueFilter.sortValues = false; While this works, it’s not ideal: It’s difficult to discover unless you’re already familiar with the Data Grid API. It relies on internal/private APIs, which makes it fragile and not future-proof. It would be great if SetColumnFilterOptions had an input such as DisableSorting (or something similar) that when set to true, it essentially does the same as the JavaScript above, allowing developers to easily preserve server-defined sorting
