It would be nice if we can remove all teams roles from a user in Lifetime instead of pick them one by one. This will be more efecient in factories with large number of teams. Thank you

I would like to be able to see the SUs consumed by an eSpace without having to publish it. Doing it in Service Studio would be best. J.Ja

Have you ever had trouble analyzing a bad indented code?I feel the same when the elements are not equidistant.Service Studio has invested in improving the organization of the code, but still find it difficult to keep the elements equidistant.See the gif.

Filters in 'Compare and Merge'
Created on 23 Jan 2012

When I compare/merge an espace with another version, then I also get differences like: - Position of elements have changed - Translation Behavior has changed In most cases I'm not interested in those changes, so it would be nice if I can turn those off. In this way it's easier to see what's really changed in the eSpace.

Using AGGREGATE result in another AGGREGATE
Created on 19 Nov 2018

Something useful and necessary is using SELECT result in another SELECT.Very common on major databases systems, the use of subqueries is a must have feature that Outsystems could take a moment to analyze and implement. This could help implementing various complex situations and avoid the use of recordlists, structures and local variables.Imagine: you are creating/editing an Aggregate and you can choose database entities and also another created and "same-scope" Aggregates to use in the joins.

Description in Send Email call on action
Created on 25 May 2025

The other day, I dealt with the Send Email action and noticed where there is an improvement opportunity that could be tackled with a small tweak. Unlike the selected Email screen, which includes a description, the Send Email action does not have a Description property. With regard to indicating the purpose of the email, adding a description Property to the Send Email action would help make the logic more straightforward, and therefore easier to understand and maintain.

Make possible to open course on new tab
Created on 13 Sep 2025

Now when I filter courses with same topic and I want to see insights of them, I have to do the filtering again and again, It would be nice If it was possible to open each course on new tab. Not naccesarily on click right away, but at least be able to use "open link in new tab" (this one now redirects in full catalog).

Image Widget with mime type property
Created on 22 Feb 2021
Gonçalo Almeida

Hello everybody,Just like the title says.It would be great if, when we choose the Database type in an image widget, we could fill a "mime type" property (of type text) using an expression. This parameter shouldn't be mandatory in order to allow backwards compatibility. The behavior would be:- If mime type = "" then the platform does its "guessing game" like it does now;- if mime type is <> "" then the platform will use this as the mime type for the image to render; This way we can control the rendering if we know the exact mime type of the image, which we usually do since it's good practice to store it in the database. this will avoid issues with svg files not being rendered correctly and forcing us to use "external type" on the image.

Improved Mobile Debugging Features in Service Studio
Created on 18 Sep 2024
Abhinav Shilwant

Context: Debugging mobile applications is more complex compared to web applications. Suggestion: Add enhanced mobile debugging tools, like real-time logs from mobile devices and better network inspection within the Service Studio debugger. Impact: Easier troubleshooting for mobile apps, improving the developer experience.

Created on 10 Sep 2014

It would be tremendously more eficient for us, if there we can delete the variable and the assign value with one single button. Instead delete 1st the variable and the the value. If you need to delete 5 variable and the corresponding values instead of: click variable select all delete click value select all delete repeat more 4 times the set of action mention.with the button should be like delete 5 times and done, we dont need to do 30 actions to delete 5 variables.thank you
