Hi OS Team, Why don't we have Conversion Assessment Tool for Cloud? I think this will be beneficial for some of the companies who has a Lift and Shift from On-Prem App to Cloud. As currently some of the companies who have On-Prem Setup has issues on installing the Conversion Assessment Tool on their environment.

Greetings, Exposed SOAP web services requests and response logging feature is missing. It is important to have logging capabilities to troubleshoot integration issues. Currently it is only possible to change default logging level and set Troubleshoot or Full logging level only for Consumed SOAP, Exposed and Consumed REST web services. So, logging levels feature is missing for Exposed SOAP. There was an idea Logging web services requests and responses which was implemented long time ago but looks like Exposed SOAP was missing. I have checked the documentation and confirmed with support, there is not out of the box solution to change logging levels for Exposed SOAP web services and log Requests and Reponses. Thank you. Currently in OutSystems, developers often need to wrap widgets inside a Container or an If widget just to control their visibility. This makes the UI tree more complex and adds unnecessary nodes. Proposed Solution Add a “Visible ” property directly on all widgets. Accepts a Boolean expression No need to wrap the widget inside Containers or If widgets Works for all widget types (Text, Input, Button, List, etc.) Automatically hides/shows the widget based on the expression Example Visible : User.IsAdmin = True The widget is only visible if the expression is true — without adding a Container.

OutSystems deployments always include all actions and resources, even when some are: Debug or experimental Environment‑specific Not intended for higher environments This increases deployment risk and forces developers to use workarounds (deleting, cloning modules, or manual discipline). Proposed Solution Introduce a way to exclude specific artifacts from deployment, similar to .gitignore. Examples Mark Actions / Files / Folders as “Exclude from Deployment” Or define ignore rules per app/module (e.g. /Debug/*, /Resources/MockData.json) Optional: environment‑specific rules (Dev vs Prod) Benefits Safer deployments Cleaner production environments Better DevOps and CI/CD workflows Less technical debt This feature aligns with modern development practices and would greatly improve developer experience in OutSystems.

When developing in Service Studio on a UI and when using a popup widget, this widget can be made visible or not (Display mode: show all placeholders or hide placeholders). Nevertheless it can be a bit frustrating when working on the screen and a popup at once. This since the popup always hovers over the screen in service studio. The idea would be to create a new display mode for the popup, so that the popup can be edited, but is placed on the bottom of the screen. Just like a sidepanel can be edited. So the screen and the popup can be edited without switching the display mode of the popup. This will increase the development time on the UI.

The idea of this project is to help Rato-ADCC, an ONG that fights info exclusion with international and technological projects, to create an App where public entities, informal groups or the social sector can ask on the App marking on a map that they need volunteers to solve some issue regarding the lack of workers available. On the other hand, everybody can use the App to find these entities in need nearby and apply to help them.In these times when you never know if and when you need to put yourself in self-isolation, a volunteer can try to help and do your job, on a local parish, an elderly house or any other place. After this pandemic situation, the App can be useful to a lot of situations to help NGOs find workforce. The support of OutSystems and the community is really important, to build together a great App and put it on-line to the world. The global training partner ITUp supports this idea! Help us!

Hello, If a certification with translation is scheduled, have the option during the exam to see the "original" question in English - in case there is any doubt about interpretation. When making a new certification available, disclose the dates that it will be available in other languages in the description, or have a standard deadline, (for example, 1 month after publication for Japanese, 2 months for Portuguese and 3 months for Spanish...), or the best option: only make a new certification available when it is already available in all languages. Thanks

My idea is to have a Mentor (AI assistent) inside the SQL Editor in ODC/Service Studio to be able to use natural language to write SQL code. There could be an extra tab next to the current ones (SQL - Test Inputs - Test Output - Executed SQL) where you can ask Mentor to write or optimize your SQL code and set Parameters and Output Entities/Structures.

SilkUI uses jQuery 1.8.3 (released November 13, 2012)This version of jQuery is no longer supported by the vendor, as it has reached its endof-life.Versions from 1.6.3 to (and including) 1.8.3 have known vulnerabilities associated with them. This jQuery can by default interpret script content received via $.get(), despite it originating from a third-party location. This version may also execute script content when supplied via class selectors. Please stay up-to-date with 3rd party libraries. The current version is 3.1.Kind regards,Matthias Preuter
