I propose adding a 'Quick-Format' dropdown or right-click menu directly within the Expression Editor. Instead of manually typing FormatCurrency (Product.Price, "$", 2, ".", ","), beginners could select a preset that auto-generates the function. This would speed up frontend development and reduce syntax errors for those new to the platform.

Hi, There should be a Color picker widget In the OutSystems UI Module. So we don't need to use other components and possibly not increase Application Object on the server. Or can be added Input Type as a color for the input widget so it will make a color picker. Yes, we can overwrite the property if have the Input Type as color it will be good.

When we install the same application on devices from different environments, it is difficult to differentiate which environment it belongs to. We always need to open the app to validate which environment it belongs to.It would be interesting to be able to manipulate the name of the application without impacting the deployment between environments, that is, without having to change the name of the application when we deploy to production.Or for example, the image of the application has a layer in the development environments that allows us to distinguish quickly.

Hello, I currently work with version 8 of the OutSystems software and noticed something that could be improved. Not sure if someone suggested this idea already but here it goes: When in debug mode, every time I am analyzing an SQL object, there are times I need to test it. Unfortunately in debug mode I must manually insert all input variables before hitting the test button. In simple websites/systems this might not be an issue but with complex systems it becomes hard to find out the values of certain parameters. My suggestion would be for the software to automatically fill in the parameter values based on the current object. For example: If I am currently analyzing object A and the SQL query needs this object's ID then it would be filled automatically so I can just hit the Test button instead of me searching for it. Hi All,I was thinking why can't we have automated client side logics. I have came up across with a barrier where client side logic should run automatically on given schedule or if the data is created or updated in database. We can't always go with the JavaScript to refresh data or call client action every 30 sec or 1 min to check the updated data.We have Timer and BPT for server side logic. So I was thinking of having the same for client side logic. It would be great!!:)
