Enable Property in Reactive Web Form Widget
Created on 08 Jun 2020
Divyanshu Pathak

Hi all,I am developing a reactive web application on Outsystems 11. Actually I am transitioning from traditional web development to reactive web development. In traditional web application, we have an option of enable property in form widget to make the form editable or non editable. But in reactive web application, there is no option for enable property. To make the form non editable, we have to change the enabled property of every widget present in the form. Isn't it better to provide a enabled property to form to make it editable or not at once. isn't it more efficient?

A function to send reporting mail about the health of environment to administrator person would be helpful for us.For example:sending alert mail to the administrator automatically when the deployment service being troubled.sending daily report mail about all environment' health detail.Or APIs which are used for implementing these function are helpful, too. This post relates to the thread below: https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/36632/

Make Development Studio multi-lingual
Created on 08 Oct 2020
Kilian Hekhuis

Currently the Development Studio (Service Studio and Integration Studio) is English only. There are a lot of communities that have a less than working knowledge of English (e.g. Brazil, Japan, China). It would be great if OutSystems offered localized versions of Development Studio (or at least Service Studio) so developers can enjoy it in their native language.

A way to update plugins in bulk
Created on 28 Feb 2019

The process of updating plugins in the service studio environment is a bit grindy and tedious when we want to update alot of them. How about a feature that enables to update all plugins, or a selection of plugins?

If we are in Debug mode and the action references some action / page from an external eSpace we should be able to continue debugging (at least if we had the 2 eSpaces opened in Service Studio)

Consolidate 'delete' action in Service Studio
Created on 12 Mar 2025

There are currently 3 ways (that I remember) of deleting assignments in Service Studio: Variable assignments can be deleted with CTRL + D Unused inputs can be deleted with Delete Events can only be deleted by deleting the text I think the same shortcut should work for all three.

Preventing Duplicate Questions from the Same User
Created on 09 Jan 2024
Reemali patil

Hello Community, I've noticed a recurring issue in our forum – duplicate questions from the same community members. This can clutter the space and make it challenging for both users and moderators. To address this, I propose implementing a feature that prevents users from posting the same question multiple times. Duplicate questions not only make it harder to manage the forum effectively but also impact the overall user experience. The proposed solution involves introducing a system that detects and restricts users from posting identical questions if they have already done so before. This system could be based on the question's content or a unique identifier tied to the user account. The implementation details could involve using natural language processing algorithms to determine question similarity. Additionally, a notification system can inform users that their question resembles a previously posted one. Best Regards Reemali
