Position Details (Multiple positions Open)

Role Description

As an OutSystems Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems low-code platform to support clients’ digital transformation and AI/ML initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable application designs, and build secure, maintainable modules, integrations, and user interfaces. You will participate in code reviews, optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to integrate OutSystems applications with external systems, APIs, and cloud services, while contributing to documentation and continuous improvement of development processes. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Understand business and functional requirements and convert them into application features and workflows.
• Build responsive screens, modules, integrations, and reusable components as per project requirements.
• Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and technical troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Coordinate with clients for requirement clarifications, project updates, testing schedules, and implementation readiness.
• Track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and delivery status for assigned workstreams.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and risks clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, release notes, test cases, and implementation support documents.
• Participate in continuous improvement, code review, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in OutSystems development.
• Hands-on experience in application development, testing, and support on the OutSystems platform.
• Mandatory certification: Associate Developer (O11/ODC) 
• Preferred Certifications: Architecture Specialist (O11/ODC)
