Our ACT Government client is hiring for a highly capable OutSystems Developer to join their organisation. By Joining the Business Systems team, you will work across multiple systems and help provide architectural design, build, deployment, test support and production support of technology components.
OutSystems Developer
- Contract Length: Ideal start of July, until the 30th of June 2027.
- Hourly Pay: $80 - $124 + Super
- Location: Canberra CBD (2601)/WFH Hybrid - 1 day per week in office as the minimum
Role Requirements:
- Designing and developing applications
- Building scalable, high-quality code using established practices
- Building responsive and accessible user interfaces
- Participating in code reviews and technical documentation
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design activities
- Contributing to the continuous process improvements in the development space
- Support testing activities, production releases, and ongoing system maintenance
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
- Ensure applications meet usability, accessibility, security, and performance requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience developing business applications using:
- OutSystems PaaS
- Microsoft SQL Server
- HTML and CSS
- JavaScript
- Demonstrated User Experience (UX) design experience with a strong understanding of WCAG accessibility compliance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within Agile development environments.
Candidates must be based in the ACT and must possess existing full working rights - Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
