We are seeking a highly skilled OutSystems Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the OutSystems platform along with solid full-stack development capabilities, enabling end-to-end application delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform
- Work on end-to-end development including frontend, backend logic, integrations, and database design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization activities
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments
- Provide support during UAT, production releases, and post-production issues
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to organizational standards
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with OutSystems platform (Reactive Web / Traditional Web / Mobile)
- Good understanding of OutSystems Architecture & Service Center
- Hands-on experience in full-stack development
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- SQL / Database design
- Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms, security best practices
- Familiarity with lifecycle management, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- OutSystems certification (Associate / Professional / Expert)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular – added advantage)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience in performance tuning and monitoring
