Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer with 6–8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems application development. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications.
- Integrate applications with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
- Strong expertise in OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies including:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript (Basic to Intermediate level)
- Experience with server-side development and database design.
- Strong knowledge of API integration using REST and SOAP web services.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or similar databases.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and UI/UX best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and development processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- OutSystems certification(s) will be an added advantage.
- Experience in application performance tuning and optimization.
- Exposure to cloud-based deployments and DevOps practices is a plus.
