Take webcam photos using html5 getUserMedia (with flash fallback) and send them to the server using base64 (useful for getting over freaky proxies).

This widget can be used to augment tipical profile pages to simplify the addition of people's photos. A person can either upload a file or snap a picture directly from her computer's webcam.

Add support for HTML5 getUserMedia and only use Flash if required.
