How do I create an account in the personal environment, since I created in the business environment with my private email?

Please keep in mind that the main language used in the Forums is English. This will allow more people to understand and participate. As such, I took the liberty to translate your post.
Anyway to answer your question, since you already have an OutSystems account and you are already registered, your Personal Environment should be already available for you to use.
Just go to the OutSystems website https://www.outsystems.com/ and click in My Platform button (top right).
Then you should access to Personal Environment tab and in the right side you'll see Your Infrastructure. There you can find an endpoint. That endpoint corresponds to your Personal Environment.
Just copy the link and you are ready to use it in Service Studio. You might need to wake it up before but it just takes a little bit.

If I understand you correctly, here's a simplified the process:
You can drag the user table into your interface.
This allows you to automatically create:
A List Screen to display multiple users.
A Details Screen to show information about a selected user.
The screens and logic will be generated based on your data source.

Use a Different Email for Personal Environment
If your private email is already linked to a company license, you cannot use the same email to create a Personal Environment. Instead:
Steps:
Go to this link.
Click on "Start for Free" or "Create Free Account"
Use a new email address (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
Complete the signup and verify the email
You’ll be provisioned a Personal Environment at: https://<yourchosenname>.outsystemscloud.com
Hi,
I have colleagues who, when creating their OutSystems account with their company email, were assigned a trial environment instead of a Personal Environment (PE). To create a PE, should they delete the trial environment or wait for it to expire and then create a PE?
P.S.: maybe it doesn't allow them to create a PE with the company account, although I was able to do it last year

Because I see many people confused here, here goes a summary.
There are two major version off OutSystems out there, O11 and ODC.
-you can create a Personal Environment with your Community account, no matter if it personal or corporate email. That is for you, a person, and is yours forever (as long as you keep using it, otherwise it goes to sleep and may be deleted later). Just follow Rui's guidelines. At the moment it is in version O11.
-you can also create a Trial environment. That one is for your corporation (you can't use a personal email account like gmail, hotmail, etc). and is available for 15 days. It is in ODC by default, maybe O11 is possible. I think that was what you did. Sales will reach out to you to see if you want to move forward.
-finally, you will also see many banners saying you can create a trial for ODC and Mentor. That is a shared environment (careful what you do there) for people to try things, and will be deleted in 10 days or more. This is only in ODC.

First of all, thank you very much for your prompt response. The issue my colleagues are facing is that they don't see the option to switch environments in My Platform; instead, they get this callout, which doesn't provide the option to create a PE.
