Global ONE Conference, Lisbon, September 30, 2025
This first day was ONE for the books. By 8:30 a.m. there was a large crowd at the entrance, collecting their badges and being welcomed by Neo in his new suit. With lots of room in Feiro Internacional de Lisbon (FIL) to move around, developers, MVPs, and enterprise architects greeted one another as they picked up SWAG and headed to the Community Village to catch up on the latest OutSystems Community developments.
Throughout the day, the Village stayed busy. MVPs shared ideas with each other over lunch, the Technical Knowledge area was full of people asking questions and comparing notes, and lots of OutSystems fans came to the Education Services Booth to level up their skills and certifications and to hear the latest news and updates. Devs Give Back was one of the most popular booths as people dropped by to hear about the Build for the Future Hackathon and learn how devs (and others) can give back.
The conference officially kicked off on the mainstage with the Keynote Preshow, hosted by VP of Developers Miguel Baltazar and Manager of Community & Social Impact Snezana Djurisic, and special customer guests who shared their stories about what OutSystems has meant to them.
The keynote kicked off as OutSystems CEO Woodson Martin took to the stage for his very first ONE. A star-studded cast joined him, including Paulo Rosado, former CEO and Chairman of the Board of OutSystems, OutSystems Chief Product and Technical Officer Luis Blando, and VP of Solution Architecture John Ferguson, from OutSystems, and customers from TravelEssence, Axios, and Infineon. Together the helped usher in the future of AI as Woodson shared exciting news:
O11 + ODC are better together, so all customers will have access to an ODC commercial instance.
Every developer can get their own ODC personal edition with a simple sign-up on our website.
Agent Workbench is now generally available for all customers and prospects to try.
Enterprise-grade vibe coding looks is around the corner with Mentor, the future of secure and robust AI-driven development.
In the afternoon, Miguel Baltazar celebrated the global developer community on the Technical Stage and shared what’s coming next for developers. He and a team that included Ângela Dinis, Manager, Product Management at OutSystems; Daniela Oliveira Director, Digital Transformation at OutSystems; and Ricardo Leal Sequeira Manager, Digital Transformation at OutSystems, highlighted how OutSystems developers all over the world are upleveling their careers, changing businesses, and shaping the future. The session was lively, full of demos, stories from the community, and tips, tricks, and ways to lead in the age of AI.
One of the best parts of ONE is the fun, and this year did not disappoint, with an opportunity for developers and others to relax and indulge in some challenges and activities, such as:
The AI Composer, where participants wrote their own songs with AI
Building an Agent, which in included collecting a word, and building more
Find Red, where participants find someone wearing a red shirt, snap a selfie, and celebrate making a new connection
Make the Wor(l)d Better, where participants learned about driving positive change and collected a magic word
And several activities that included finding someone or something and taking a selfie.
At the end of Day, we had one of our first big winner: Marco Renio won the App Creation challenge. Congratulations, Marco!
The Neo Party is happening as I write this, and it’s rocking, with lots of people relaxing, dancing, and celebrating the end of a fantastic day.

"O11 + ODC are better together, so all customers will have access to an ODC commercial instance."
I am not quite sure what this means for my client, that has an OS11 license...
Can anyone elaborate?
They can start using ODC features without doing a migration.
More speed, no impact.
But does this mean they don't need to update their contract / license?
Congrats to Marco Renio and everyone making the community shine.
