Today My friend tries try to login Outsystems again.
But he cannot login to https://www.outsystems.com/Login/Login.Credentials are correct, but after login it redirects back to login page.This happens on multiple devices and networks.
Please check his account status.

It's me.
I tried to login on Service Studio.
It asked me to activate my account. I clicked the "Send email" button, and then I received an email asking me to activate my account.Great, I was then able to log back into Outsystem on the web.
This error doesn't seem to have been addressed anywhere.

Did you tried a password recovery?
Maybe better to open a ticket to the support if the recovery doesn't work.

So he is your friend, you have an option to look with him what he is doing, maybe that makes it clear what is going on. alternatively he can record what he is doing and share it.
But he can't log in to access the forum. How can he share it with everyone?
Besides, we've tried it together. We tried logging in on other devices from different IP addresses. We successfully changed the password. But it still doesn't work. I created a support ticket, but I haven't received any help resolving this issue yet. Since I couldn't find a solution, I had to share it on the forum like this.
I think you are already his proxy, sharing his problem, so why he cannot share it with you and you share it here?

Sometimes the remembered url by browser can be outdated. Can you start it from https://www.outsystems.com/ then click on Login menu and retry
It's not working :(
We've tried it on other devices and IP.
One thing no one is saying is that accounts and IPs can be blocked for doing too many wrong attempts.
Trying after one hour should be enough.
Regardng Support, the link is on top of this any almost any page. Much better than sharing a personal email in the forum.
hi @Chris Luck I have faced a same issue some days back ,i have thried the passwords recovery , even it won't work for me and worked after the next day, if you want earlier rasie a support case in another account. An remember one this the support@outsystems were deactived on the year 2022
He still can't log in.
I also found a link to create a ticket. It's not very user-friendly, so I didn't find it before. Now I'm waiting for their support response.
