I suggest you to go to this guided path link:- https://learn.outsystems.com/training/decision/guided-paths

and select ODC from the dropdown, and you will find the ODC path there

for ODC exam, you can go to the certification, select ODC, and go for exam preparation 

You can also make a path via AI go to trainings and then

But if you pick Expert Developer - the top level - it shows you what you need to do first.
