Hi,

In this forum post you will find all the resources available during your participation in the Beta Program:

Development Environment P9B (Service Studio + Integration Studio)

Installing the beta version of the visual development environment WILL NOT replace your previous Service Studio and Integration Studio. They are meant to be installed side-by-side, as you still need the previous version of the visual development environment to connect to pre-Bali OutSystems Platform environments.

OutSystems Platform 9 Bali Licenses
With Bali, we've made a small change to the license file format. To use Bali, you will need to obtain new license files. It should be as simple as downloading your update from https://www.outsystems.com/Licensing.
If you need to provision a new OutSystems Platform 9 Bali server, but don't have any available license slot in your Infrastructure, please request a temporary 3-months license to OutSystems Licensing <licensing@outsystems.com>. When contacting OutSystems Licensing, please add a “[Beta]” tag to the subject.

Hi,

I get some problem using Integration Studio. When I try to open extension from 9.0.1 Service studio, I get message that I am trying to connect to Bali version (see picture). How can I resolve it?
I uninstall 9.1 version, because I have to make changes in our project, but after it integration studio doesn't start at all. So I install again 9.0.1 Service studio.

Hi Albertas,

The message you're getting indicates that you're connecting to your 9.0.1.x environment with Bali Integration Studio which will not work since they are not compatible.

The installation of Bali Development Tools does not override previous installed versions so, you don't need to re-install them.

Please ensure you use Integration Studio 9.0 to connect to your 9.0.1.x environment and you will be able to proceed with no issues!

Hi Robert,
The Beta Beta Program has been concluded. :)
The general availability of Bali is scheduled for November 17th. The Resources Kit post has been updated with the download links for the RC build (this is the same build as the GA version - assuming no critical bugs will be found).

The feedback we received in this Beta Program was great. Robert, you deserve a special thank you because, one more time, you've been one of our top contibutors.
