The email account configuration does not work in Cases Application. Here are the details I have given in the screen. Please let me know what I am doing wrong here.
I have deployed Cases Application from forge into our development environment which is on Outsystems cloud.
Email Address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Username : Sample@gmail.com
Port : 995
Protocol : SSL3
Found the solution. We need to use below values for this email configuration to work.
Email Address: email@example.com [Your Gmail Address]
Username : Sample@gmail.com [Your Gmail Address]
Password: password [Your Gmail Password]
Protocol : TLS1
