[Cases] Email Account Configuration does not work in Cases Application

The email account configuration does not work in Cases Application. Here are the details I have given in the screen. Please let me know what I am doing wrong here.

I have deployed Cases Application from forge into our development environment which is on Outsystems cloud.


Server: imap.gmail.com

Email Address: sample@gmail.com

Username : Sample@gmail.com

Password: password

Port : 995

Protocol : SSL3



Solution

Found the solution. We need to use below values for this email configuration to work.

Server: pop.gmail.com

Email Address: sample@gmail.com [Your Gmail Address]

Username : Sample@gmail.com [Your Gmail Address]

Password: password [Your Gmail Password]

Port : 995

Protocol : TLS1

Thanks Ravi was having the same problem, but thanks to your solution got my problem sorted :) . One thing I had to do was on the gmail account was to make it possible to be accessible by "Less secure apps".
