ORA-12537: Network Session: End of file [Will retry later]

Hi Everyone,

I am getting "ORA-12537: Network Session: End of file [Will retry later]" error for a Timer and also a screen. How to resolve this issue? Please find the error log below

	Timer error (before executing action 'Timer'). Timer duration = 4 secs: ORA-12537: Network Session: End of file [Will retry later]
