The case is that:
We are using the platform provided by Outsystems (Enterprise version), and we got a reply from Outsystems "They will not help to install any .Net run-time library for the 3rd party plugin like "Crystal Report".

Hence, I would like to ask if this plugin "Crystal Report" is only available for the one who hosts the Outsystems platform by his personal environment.

What do you mean?

You can install the CrystalReport runtime in your server then use the Forge Component.

What Crystal Report runtime version do we need to have this product work?

In our Production Server, we currently installed

Version: 14.2.3.2132

Thank you very much for your reply.

For the details, what I found from Forge is called "Crystal Report".

It stated some prerequisites of using this component.

It seems the runtime library needs to install in the server which hosts the Outsystems.
