Looks like a lot is missing in the uploaded Field Services app
I did a test on my side and it seems that the issue is that two dependencies were not installed correctly, but after that I installed the missing apps and it worked fine. =)

Dang. Seems like a catch 22. I get an error when I try to Download All Consumers stating that the Module hasn't been published yet in this environment. But I cannot publish due to 239 Errors which I need to download the consumers for....

Are you able to check if those errors are related to missing external Producers (external apps not directly related with Field Services but necessary for it to run)?
