Hello,

I'm using Outsystems 11 and ServiceCenter v11.0.528.0.

I have an issue while displaying an image on Internet Explorer v11.356.18362. This issue is occuring only on IE. For Chrome and Firefox it is working perfectly.

I'm building a webapp to show some images on a galery from a SQL database.

The user, uploads the image with Outsystems to the SQL database and after the upload the users will be able to see it on the browser.

If it helps i'm using also Outsystems UI Web.

Properties of the image:

IMAGE ON INTERNET EXPLORER

Inspecting the image and checking the network tab I can see:

IMAGE ON FIREFOX

Let me know if you need some more details on it.

Thank you.

LV

Hi Luca,

Can you check once the content security policy defined for image (img-src) ?

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Content-Security-Policy/img-src

Thanks,

Hi Karthik,

Thank you for your prompt response.

I saw on that website you 've sent me the below image:

The IE is not supported..

Hello,

It seems that the issue on displaying an image on Internet Explorer is due to the format of the image (.jpeg)

I've tested with another format, with .png, and it worked fine!

If I upload an image with .png format on Internet Explorer 11, the image will be displayed as expected.

So the issue on Internet Explorer 11 is only with images with .jpg format.

Cheers,

LV.
