Has anyone else had an issue for both OutSystems 10 and OutSystems 11 adhoc and developer on Ipad OS in which safari says downloading the ipa file but is not installing the application? A search on the Ipad finds the IPA file.
Is installing fine on iphone.

Just updated to latest point release of ipad os 13.2.2 and still seeing teh same behaviour in which safari is asking if i want to download the IPA
