I was trying to outsystems for the first time today. Couldn't even get the Service studio11.6.1( 3701) working on Mac os Mojave
Fails with the following error
LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed for the application /Applications/OutSystems Service Studio.app/Contents/MacOS/../Resources/OutSystems Service Studio.app with error -10810.

OutSystems is aware of issues with Catalina. In Mojave it should work. Can you try an older version os Service Studio just to be sure it is not your mac?
You can apply to the early access and try it (Wine) or run on Parallels

Are you sure you have installed the correct version? Technical Preview Version 11.6.1 (3701) should be supported for macOS Mojave.
If you are having trouble installing it, try an earlier version and please raise a support case with OutSystems to make them aware of the issue you’re having.
