I am trying to know the functionality of Easy Help Desk and getting an error while creating new ticket.I have created the users and Classification. As i am also new to this is there any documentation to understand the Easy HelpDesk system. FYR attached Screenshot.

Apparently this applications sends emails, but not all email configuration properties are configured in service center.

Check out this document that explains how to configure OutSystems so that it can send emails.

Like Daniel wrote, you need to configure your email properties in Service Center.

If you don't want to send email, in the save action, disable the code used to send it please.

In a near future, I will update that application to change that behavior and with some new improvements.
