[Service Manager] email notification is not received for any action taken

Email Notification is not received whenever a incident is created or any update in the incident. Please let me know if any email configuration has to be done to receive emails for any actions done like creating incident, Problem and when an incident is assigned to a technician.

Hello Deepthi, how are you?  Unfortunately email notifications were not part of this release.
