Outsystems Service Studio  does not start

Guys,


We have a problem starting an Outsystems Service Studio on a 64-bit Windows 10 installation.

We tried to upgrade to the latest version, but still, it doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Do you have the latest Visual C++ installed on your windows machine? Try upgrading it.

I've got installed:

  1. Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) 14.0.23026
  2. Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64) 14.28.29910
  3. .net 4.8

I installed them based on @Nordin Ahdi 's post

Are there the versions needed?

You can download and install the latest x64 version.

Did you reinstall Service Studio after?

I installed VC Redistributable, restarted, uninstalled, and reinstalled Service Studio and restarted once more. All installations "Run As Administrator"

Still not starting.

Anything in the Event Viewer Application logs that might give a hint?

No. No error messages.

Just the cursor working in the background and then nothing.

I haven't managed to open the Event Viewer on that PC and get information.

I don't really know whether the Windows installation has the problem...
