I am building a traditional web app where I want to design the menu similar to below screenshot. But not sure how to proceed can anyone please help me here and also this web app would be used on mobile devices, In that how to customize the design of the side menu which is visible once clicked on hamburger 3 line icon.

OutSystems already has templates you can use to increase the development speed and to help developers deliver responsive apps without having to do or redo the entire CSS.
The best way is to use the automatically created template and just change what you need, bellow you can find the links to the Outsystems UI component and the link to the patterns.

To start just create a new application in Studio and select Web Traditional, automatically the platform creates the menu and the layout, after just change what you need.
