Just Installed this and notice the problem.
The author using forge component (https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/7180/image-utils-reactive) for the demo.
You will be fine if you install that component. Or you can use this (check attached oml) for the demo without that forge component (but that forge component is to limit the image size, my oml is not limit the image file, so be caution using this)

In the Reactive there is no such reliable forge but You can try this Forge component which uses Google's Cloud Vision API to perform OCR (Optical Character Recognition) on images.
