[Case Management App Starter] Error when trying to install the app

Hi,

When installing the app, Service Studio returns this error and I'm not able to use the app:

I'm using personal environment. 

Ticket was also submited. Cheers!

Thank you for your feedback. Sad to see that you weren't able to install the CM App Starter.

Unfortunately, this application is not officially supported.

Can you please add a few more details?
- Did you have Case Management framework previously installed? If so, what is the version?
- Did you install this app from Forge or Service Studio (as a Sample App)?
- Can you please share the entire error message?

As a quick fix, you can first upgrade CMf to the latest version and then install CM App Starter from Service Studio.

meanwhile and since this is my personal environment, I deleted all apps and installed them all again. Now it's working.
