Check whether you have added the Outsytemscharts to your module. If it not, then add the dependency

Hi Rukkunudeen,

You can install them in your environment by using Service Studio. Click on the Forge tab in the top left corner:

Then in the "Search in Forge" input type the component you want to install and click "Search":

Next, click the component you want, and press the red "Install" button:

The component will then install itself automatically.

I upgraded my version from 11.6.7 to 11.11.6. Now I am able to see the screens ; and I am able to publish them too. Thanks everyone for your help.
