Can't connect to Environment in Integration Studio
Service Studio Version
11.11.12 (Build 47321)
Platform Version
11.0.606.0

I have installed version 11.11.12 (Build 47321) of the Development Environment


I can't connect to our servers on the Integration Studio. I get the following error 

"The environment is invalid or not available"

I can connect to the same server using the Service Studio.


Is there anything more I should do?

Hi Marios,

This seems to be an issue that occurs for other people as well. You might need to downgrade your Integration Studio. Check this post for more details.

I've downgraded both to 11.11.6

Issue persists.

Hi Marious,

I faced the same scenario during my platform upgrade. now my issue got resolved.

Can you check the upgrade is running on your platform server? Else try to upgrade the development environment version to recent stable version. Try to reset your password once and try again.. There may be sync issue.

Hello, I experience the same issue with my homelab Outsystems installation. Then I realizes that the self-signed certificate expired. So I just created a new self-signed certificate at IIS. Restarted IIS and it worked perfectly. Hope it helps.
