Afaik it's not possible. What is this use case?  You can always navigate to traditional web from reactive.

This is not possible. But you can integrate reactive components (based on Traditional web) which were specially made for reactive application development. 

For example, We have an Editable table widget in the Traditional web app but not in Reactive, but here we can use the Reactive editable table component.

We can enable technical preview for Emails in Reactive application development.
