Need 2 factor authetication through OTP recived by email or text message

Hi, there is a requirement for 2 factor authetication.

When user login every time to outsystems application , OTP need to recive to user's registered email id. Need 2 factor authetication where OTP recived through email or text message.

As per my understanding,  OTP can be recieved throught text message by using twilo API. But OTP through email - looking for solution.

Could any one please suggest any solution?  Thanks in advance!
